Combe Farm Foals 2008

For us the arrival of our first foals is the start of spring. After a long hard winter of caring for the animals the new babies are such a joy. We are always touched by the love between mare and foal, the dams are so tender and gentle, to see those first steps is a pleasure every year.

June has arrived and after a long wait Lady Jane Grey has finally foaled, we had to be patient but definitely worth the wait. We have been very lucky and our amazing mares have thrilled us by producing such gorgeous babies please enjoy the photos and do come and meet them at our foal open day on Sunday 29th June 2008 (further details on our news page).

Marie Antoinette has produced a stunning filly, this is her fifth foal by the World Champion Rumak.

Lady Amy has again had a filly by Da Vinci showing the beautiful type and friendly nature of this lovely cross.
